WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT CANNABIS OIL
"The main reason that I love to consume cannabis concentrates over anything else available is because of the lasting effects and the fast onset. I know how much I need to get to a sweet spot to relieve my pain and to receive a brilliant high when not looking for that just pain reducer. The fact that the oil doesn’t have a super pungent smell makes it easier for me to travel around with it if I’m using a cartridge or if I decide to use my Health Stone pipe. I am not really one who likes to continuously smoke as it irritates my lungs and gives me a headache. With Dabs it is also very nice to only must smoke one hit at a time that at least lasts thirty minutes but at the most I could get three hours’ worth of a high. This is something that I just cannot achieve with flower or other products in the amount of time I’m looking for as well as the amount of intake I must do."

"I predominately smoke flower but do like to break it up every now and again with concentrates such as doing dabs. Like all forms of cannabis offer a different style of high dabs bring an intensity back to smoking that I hadn’t felt since I started smoking 13 years ago. Along with the THC potency of concentrates, some offer a higher percentage of Terpenes. When you get a good Terpene filled dab- the taste in addition to effects are even more amazing! If you are a veteran smoker who wants to up their high or just somebody who wants to rock their sock off dabs are for you."

"I prefer to smoke concentrates in the form of a cartridge because it is discrete and portable. Concentrates are wonderful for day time smoking because the high feels cleaner and carries no smell. I am still able to hold conversations and stay motivated to get my to-do list completed, all while feeling the euphoric head buzz lingering."

"Why do I love concentrates? I love concentrates because it is the purest expression of cannabis. A lot of folks think that concentrates are 'crazy or get you 'way too high', but at the end of the day concentrates have been around for a thousand years, we are just better at it now. Research has turned BHO from something scary that your buddy had to a clear clean high that we have now. The best part for me is that first few minutes, that rocket ship ride that reminds you of the first time you smoked. The other aspect is the control. Being able to be way too high for a bit and then coast off into a dreamy mid state high is one of the best things I have ever experienced. Everyone should try concentrates!"

"I think dabbing is a great way to reach a seasoned cannabis consumer's desired high, in a more convenient manner. For myself, with dabbing I can reach the level I want to be on without having to smoke copious amounts of flower. Because the THC is concentrated and it can be an intense experience, I would say it's something one should work up to. Experimenting with my own tolerance over the years, I have found that mindful consumption of THC and cannabis-derived products has lead me to the best experiences. It also tends to have far less of an odor that stays, which my room mates have greatly appreciated. As long as you being mindful with your consumption, dabs are a great way to mix it up if you're looking for a new experience!"
-Jordan, Novel Tree Budtender
I believe that concentrates are just as valuable for medical users as well as recreational consumers. In my own experience concentrates are extremely convenient when I need powerful, fast acting relief, which would require much more time and product for me to achieve the same relief with flowers. While I don’t normally recommend new users to take dabs, using a cartridge can be a simple, straightforward, and discreet way to quickly consume higher potency levels of cannabis. I’ve also found concentrates overall to be much more discreet and less irritating on the throat and lungs than smoking flower. The vapor you exhale, while still flavorful and vibrant, is much more aromatic than the smoke and usually dissipates after a few minutes. This discreetness allows medical patients to carry their medicine with them without drawing attention to themselves.

Concentrates are a great option for medical patients, especially those that are in need of higher doses. With out having that stereotypical cannabis smell they can be a bit more discrete than smoking the cannabis buds, while still getting that fast acting benefit of smoking. Concentrate producers are always pushing the limits of technology, science, and the art of extraction to give us different potencies and consistencies that seem to be beneficial for different things. Some concentrates can be extremely high in Terpenes the essential oils that give the plant a unique smell and flavor but also have a lot to do with the effects we experience. So if you like something with a nice lemony bite to it you can find that to an extreme in a concentrate. Start low and go slow with concentrates for sure though, being between 3 and 4 times the concentration of flower they can be very powerful.
