The biggest sporting event in the world is coming to the Pacific Northwest this summer — and Bremerton is throwing one of the best parties anywhere on the West Coast to celebrate. From June 12 through July 6, Quincy Square in Downtown Bremerton transforms into the official Seattle FIFA WC26 Fan Zone, hosting eight free public watch parties broadcasting World Cup matches live on a 20-foot LED screen.

If you're looking for something to do this summer, this is the move. Free admission, family-friendly atmosphere, food trucks, beer concessions, soccer-themed activities, and a different community celebration theme almost every event. Plus — at the end of the day, when the matches are over and the kids are heading home, The Novel Tree is just a couple of blocks away on Kitsap Way for the 21+ crowd looking to wind down properly.

What Is the Bremerton Fan Zone?

Quincy Square has been designated as one of the official Seattle FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Zones — a recognized public viewing destination where soccer fans can gather, watch live matches, and celebrate together. The Fan Zone is hosted in the heart of Downtown Bremerton, just blocks from the Seattle ferry terminal and walking distance from most of downtown's restaurants, shops, breweries, and wine bars.

What you'll find at every Fan Zone event:

June 12 (Friday) | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Kick Off Celebration The opening event. World Cup 2026 officially begins, and Bremerton celebrates with a kick-off party that sets the tone for the next four weeks.

June 15 (Sunday) | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fan Zone Watch Party Tournament group-stage matches broadcast live. Pull up a chair, grab some food, and settle in.

June 19 (Friday) | 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Juneteenth Celebration A special block-party-style event combining Juneteenth recognition with World Cup viewing. Expect community programming, music, and an energetic atmosphere all day.

June 24 (Wednesday) | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

School's Out For Summer Kids Day Family-focused day with kid-friendly activities celebrating the start of summer break.

June 25 (Thursday) | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

USA World Cup Game Watch Party The marquee event for American fans. The full Fan Zone goes red, white, and blue for Team USA's match. This will be the loudest, biggest crowd of the entire tournament — get there early.

June 26 (Friday) | 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Level-Up Gamers Experience A unique blend of soccer watching and gaming culture. Late-night atmosphere, perfect for a Friday night out.

July 1 (Wednesday) | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

USA Backyard BBQ / Americana Celebration The pre-Independence Day BBQ everyone's invited to. Patriotic theme, classic American food, and tournament action on the screen.

July 6 (Monday) | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Final Watch Party The closing event of the Bremerton Fan Zone. Whoever's still standing in the tournament — the world will be watching, and Bremerton will be too.

How to Get to Quincy Square

Quincy Square is at 4th Street in Downtown Bremerton — extremely accessible no matter where you're coming from.

From Seattle

Two great options:

  • Washington State Ferry from Colman Dock — A scenic 60-minute ride that lands you just a few blocks from Quincy Square. You can walk on as a passenger or bring a vehicle. Sailing schedule here.

  • Kitsap Transit Fast Ferry from Pier 50 — Passenger-only, 30-minute crossing, near Pioneer Square. Ideal if you're walking. Fast ferry schedule here.

From Around Kitsap County

Driving from Silverdale, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, or Bainbridge Island? Downtown Bremerton has multiple parking garages within walking distance of Quincy Square.

From Bellevue and the Eastside
